Itinerary for Natural Health Trip To China
Day 1- Fly from U.S. via scheduled airline for arrival in Beijing. Hotel check-in
Day 2- Tour Beijing including the Forbidden City (Palace Museum), Great Hall
of the People, Tiananmen Square, and Mao Tse-Tung's Mausoleum
Day 3- Health Activities during the day, including diagnosis by well-known
traditional Chinese doctors, and watching Beijing Opera in the evening
Day 4- Visit the Great Wall of China and the Ming Tombs
Day 5- Visit the Yonghe Lama Temple in the morning. Transfer to airport in
afternoon for China Airlines flight to Xian.
Day 6- Visit the Tomb of the First Emperor (Shihuangdi) with the Terra Cotta
soldiers, and Huaqing Swimming Pool, (the Pavilion where Chiang Kai-sheik
was taken prisoner). We will have a dumpling dinner and watch song and
dances of the Ancient Tang Dynasty.
Day 7- Visit the Famen (Gate of the Darma) Temple to see the Finger Relic (a
finger bone of the Buddha), partake a Buddhist meal, and visit the tomb of
the famous Concubine of Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty.
Day 8- Sightseeing in Xi'an including the ancient city wall, the Bell and Drum
Tower, the Swan Temple, the Forest of Tablets and doing some shopping
during the day and leave for Beijing by train in the evening.
Day 9- Arrive in Beijing in the early morning and go for health activities
including lectures on nutrition and health and partake a medicinal meal,
watch acrobatics or listen to a concert in the evening
Day 10-Visit the Summer Palace and Yuanmingyuan ruins
Day 11-Visit the Beihai (North Lake) and the White Pagoda in the morning,
lunch at the famous Fangshan (Royal Restaurant) and visit the China Ethnic
Park.
Day 12-Visit outside of Beijing including the White Cloud Temple (Daoist)
and the Stone Flower Cave.
Day 13-Visit the Temple of Heaven in the morning, lunch at Peking Roast
Duck Restaurant and visit the Liulichang (Cultural Center).
Day 14-Shopping and free time
Day 15-Departure from Beijing for the U.S.
