Apocynum H.B.P Herb Tea is made of apocynum venetum grown in a pollution-free area in northeast China. With an excellent natural flavor it is designed as a supplement for those being treated for hypertension. Apocynum contains rutin, glutamic acid, alanine, anthraquinone, etc., and is used as a principal herb in Chinese medicine for maintaining normal blood pressure and strengthening the heart. I have been using the High Blood Pressure (HBP) tea distributed and made by Health King Inc. for about six months, My blood pressure had been elevated and my doctor was concerned enough to place me temporarily on medication. I started drinking the tea on a regular basis along with cayenne capsules and garlic and my blood pressure came down 17 points the first week. I have not had any serious problems since. To Whom It May Concern: I had been experiencing rising blood pressure for severl months, and then began drinking one cup of apocynum tea everyday. After the first week my blood pressure had dropped ten points, after five weeks it had dropped a total of thirty points and was in a normal range.
