This well-known formula is made of spreading hedyotis, Chinese lobelia, sophora subprostrata, garlic, honeysuckle, knotwood root, aloe, chaenomeles, aristolochiae fangchi radix, hyacinth bean, sophora, common burreed, zedoaria, red sage root, myrobalans, Chinese leek seed, scurfy pea, bitter apricot seed, mume fruit, astragalus, ginseng, Solomon seed, licorice and indigo.
Chinese medicine uses it to eliminate heat and toxins, activate blood circulation and remove stasis, and speed up T lymph cell transformation, enhance phagocytosis of macrophage and increase white blood cell level.
